Songthaew
From your location in Koh Samui, find a Songthaew (shared taxi) heading towards Lipa Noi. These are usually found at main tourist areas such as Chaweng or Lamai. Inform the driver that you want to go to Lat Wanon Waterfall. The ride will take around 30-40 minutes. Get off at the entrance of the waterfall area, which is marked by a sign.
