The distance is about 3.5 kilometers, which should take around 15-20 minutes by bike. Once you reach the vicinity of Lipa Noi, look for signs to Khao Naw. Rental costs typically range from 100-200 THB per day.
Songthaew (Shared Taxi)
You can take a Songthaew from Maenam to Lipa Noi. These shared taxis run frequently and can be found on the main road. The fare is usually around 50-100 THB per person. Ask the driver to drop you off near Lipa Noi beach. From there, Khao Naw is a short walk away, so follow the signs towards the viewpoint.
Motorbike Taxi
If you're looking for a faster option, consider taking a motorbike taxi. You can find them near popular spots in Maenam. The ride to Khao Naw will cost around 100-150 THB, depending on your negotiation skills. Make sure to mention 'Khao Naw' to the driver to ensure they understand your destination.
