If you're starting in the central area of Maenam, head towards Maenam Beach. Walk along the beach road (Route 4171) heading south. Continue walking for about 20-30 minutes until you reach the intersection with Chaweng Beach Road. Turn left onto Chaweng Beach Road and keep walking for about 1.5 kilometers. Ko Na Thian will be located on your right side along this road. This is a pleasant walk with plenty of sights along the way.
