If you're renting a car, start from your accommodation in Koh Tao. Head towards the main road, which is called Sai Nuan Beach Road. Continue driving for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the signs for 'หาดทรายนวล' (Sai Nuan Beach). Follow the signs, and you will find a parking area near the beach. Note that parking may incur a small fee, typically around 20-50 THB.

Songthaew (Shared Taxi)
For those using public transportation, you can take a songthaew from anywhere in Koh Tao. Just inform the driver that you want to go to 'หาดทรายนวล'. The ride will cost around 30-50 THB per person, depending on your pickup location. The songthaew will drop you off near the beach entrance, from where it's a short walk to the beach.

If you're looking for a quicker option, consider hiring a motorbike taxi. You'll find motorbike taxis near popular spots around Koh Tao. Negotiate a fare (usually around 100-150 THB) and tell the driver you want to go to 'หาดทรายนวล'. This option is convenient if you're traveling alone or with a small group.
