Public Bus
From Krabi Town, head to the Krabi Bus Terminal located on Taksin Road. Look for the local buses (songthaews) that head toward Ao Nang. Once you board, inform the driver you are going to Nong Thale. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the intersection near Nong Thale. From there, look for a sign directing you to the Ngon Nak Nature Trail.

Songthaew (Shared Taxi)
If you prefer a more direct option, you can take a songthaew from Krabi Town to Nong Thale. Head to the main road and find a songthaew heading towards Ao Nang. Let the driver know you want to go to the Ngon Nak Nature Trail. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Ask to be dropped off at the trailhead, which is well-marked.

Bike Rental
For the adventurous tourist, consider renting a bicycle from Krabi Town. Once you have your bike, head towards the direction of Ao Nang. Follow the signs leading to Nong Thale, which is approximately 20 km away. It may take about 1-1.5 hours to reach the trailhead. Look for signs for Ngon Nak Nature Trail, which is located just off the main road.

If you're staying near Nong Thale, you can walk to the trailhead. The hike to Dragon's Crest begins at the entrance of the Ngon Nak Nature Trail, which is about 3 km from the center of Nong Thale. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the trailhead in about 30-40 minutes.
