Car
If you are driving from central Chiang Mai, take Route 107 north towards Mae Rim. Continue on Route 107 for about 15 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 1096. Turn left onto Route 1096 and follow the signs for Mae Raem. After approximately 5 kilometers, you will see signs for the Thai Elephant Care Center on your left. The total drive will take about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.

Public Transportation - Songthaew
From central Chiang Mai, head to the Warorot Market area where you can find Songthaew (shared taxis) heading to Mae Rim. Look for the ones marked 'Mae Rim' and hop on. The fare is around 30-50 THB. The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you reach Mae Rim, you can take another Songthaew directly to the Thai Elephant Care Center, which may cost an additional 20-30 THB, depending on the distance.
