Drive along Route 2144 for about 10 kilometers. Look for signs that indicate Pha Tak Suea. The final approach will be a small road leading to the viewpoint. It is advisable to use a GPS device or a navigation app to get real-time directions and traffic updates. Parking is available near the site.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Nong Khai town to Sangkhom District. The bus station in Nong Khai has regular services to Sangkhom, and the journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive at Sangkhom, you can hire a local tuk-tuk or songthaew (shared taxi) to take you to Pha Tak Suea. The fare for the tuk-tuk or songthaew should be negotiated beforehand, typically ranging from 100 to 200 THB depending on the distance and your bargaining skills. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes.

If you are in another part of the Mekong River Region, drive towards Nong Khai and follow the same directions as above to reach Sangkhom. If you prefer not to drive the entire distance, consider taking a bus to Nong Khai first and then follow the public transportation instructions to Sangkhom and on to Pha Tak Suea.
