Getting There

Bus
From Nakhon Si Thammarat city center, head to the main bus terminal (Nakhon Si Thammarat Bus Terminal). Purchase a ticket for a bus heading towards Lan Saka District. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Lan Saka bus station.

Songthaew
Once you arrive at Lan Saka station, look for a songthaew (shared taxi) heading towards Khao Kaeo. It should be clearly marked, but you can ask locals for assistance. The songthaew ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Get off at a point near the entrance to Khao Kaeo National Park.

After getting off the songthaew, you will need to walk to Karom Waterfall. Follow the path leading into Khao Kaeo National Park. The trail is well-marked, and the distance to the waterfall is approximately 1.5 kilometers. It should take around 30-40 minutes to hike there, depending on your pace. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated.
