If you are driving from the center of Phi Pan Nam Range, head west on Route 1 (Phahonyothin Road) and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 11. Turn left onto Route 11 and follow the signs toward Lampang. After approximately 40 kilometers, take the exit toward Chae Hom District. Continue on local roads, following signs to Kiew Kho Ma dam, which will be located at RJ5R+JVC, Pong Don, Chae Hom District, Lampang 52120. Parking is available near the dam.

To reach Kiew Kho Ma dam via public transportation, first, take a songthaew (local shared taxi) or a bus from the Phi Pan Nam Range area to Lampang city. The fare typically ranges from 50 to 100 THB. Once in Lampang, look for a songthaew heading to Chae Hom District. Inform the driver that you need to go to Kiew Kho Ma dam. The fare for this leg is about 30 to 50 THB. After reaching the area, you may have to walk approximately 1 kilometer to the dam itself, following local signs.
