Look for signs for Ban Mai; the Mae Yan Waterfall is located at '8P98+4X4, Ban Mai, Mueang Phayao District, Phayao 56000'. You can park your car near the entrance. Note that you may need to pay a small parking fee, which is typically around 20-30 THB.

Public Transportation

To travel by public transportation, first find a local bus or songthaew (shared taxi) from your location in the Phi Pan Nam Range heading towards Mueang Phayao District. The fare will generally be around 30-50 THB depending on your starting point. Once you reach Mueang Phayao, you will need to find another songthaew or a motorbike taxi to take you to the Mae Yan Waterfall. This leg of the journey should cost approximately 50-100 THB.
