Getting there

Car

If you are driving, head northeast on Route 203 from the center of Phu Kradueng. Continue for about 10 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Phu Kradueng National Park. From the entrance, follow the signs to the main visitor center. After checking in, continue following the designated paths that lead to Lang Pae. The hike from the visitor center to Lang Pae is approximately 6 kilometers and will take about 2-3 hours on foot.

Public Transportation

If you are using public transportation, take a local songthaew (shared taxi) from Phu Kradueng's town center to the entrance of Phu Kradueng National Park. The fare is usually around 30-50 THB per person. After arriving at the park entrance, you will need to pay an entrance fee (around 200 THB for adults) to enter the park. From there, follow the marked trails to reach Lang Pae, which is about a 6-kilometer hike and will take approximately 2-3 hours.

Hiking

Once you have reached the entrance of Phu Kradueng National Park, you'll need to hike approximately 6 kilometers to get to Lang Pae. Follow the main trail, which is well-marked. The hike is moderately challenging, so wear comfortable hiking shoes and carry enough water and snacks. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way, and keep an eye out for local wildlife.
