Getting There

  • Songthaew

    From Patong Beach, walk to the main road (Thaweewong Road) and look for a songthaew (shared taxi) heading to Kathu. This will usually be marked with a sign. The fare is inexpensive, around 30-50 THB. Inform the driver to drop you off at Kathu Waterfall Road (Soi Nam Tok Kathu). Once you get off the songthaew, head down Soi Nam Tok Kathu for about 1 km until you see Flying Hanuman on your left. The entrance is marked clearly.

  • Motorbike Taxi

    If you're at Patong Beach, you can hire a motorbike taxi. Look for a designated motorbike taxi stand or approach a driver. Tell them you want to go to Flying Hanuman in Kathu. The fare should be around 150-200 THB. The ride will take about 15 minutes. The driver will drop you off right in front of the entrance.

  • Public Bus

    From Phuket Town, locate the bus station near the old town. Take a bus that goes to Patong and inform the driver that you want to get off at Kathu Waterfall Road. The trip will take approximately 30 minutes. When you arrive, walk down Soi Nam Tok Kathu for about 1 km until you see Flying Hanuman on your left.

  • Walking

    If you are staying in Kathu, you can walk to Flying Hanuman. From the Kathu Waterfall area, head towards Soi Nam Tok Kathu and walk down this road for about 1 km. Flying Hanuman will be on your left side. Make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes, as the path may vary in terrain.
