If you are in Patong, head to the Patong Bus Station located on Rat-U-Thit 200 Pee Road. Look for a local bus heading to Phuket Town (the fare is around 30-50 THB). Inform the driver you want to go to 'Aquarium' or 'Wichit,' and they will take you directly to Phuket Aquarium for about 50-100 THB.
