From Patong Beach, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Rat Uthit 200 Pee Road. Take a local bus heading towards Phuket Town. The fare is around 30-40 THB. Once you arrive at Phuket Town, get off at the main bus terminal. From the terminal, you can catch a bus to Thalang District. The buses to Thalang leave frequently and it will take about 30 minutes. After arriving in Thalang, you can take a tuk-tuk or songthaew (shared taxi) to the Green Elephant Sanctuary Park, located at 4 Soi Cherngtalay 1, which will cost around 200-300 THB.

If you are in Kata or Karon Beach, take a local bus to Phuket Town. From there, follow the same instructions as above to reach Thalang District and then take a tuk-tuk or songthaew to Green Elephant Sanctuary Park.
