There is limited street parking available nearby, so be prepared to walk a short distance.

Take the BTS Skytrain to Saphan Taksin station. From there, exit the station and head to the nearest boat pier to catch a Chao Phraya Express Boat heading north. Disembark at Ratchawong Pier. Once you exit the pier, walk along Ratchawong Road for about 500 meters. The Fish Feeding Stall will be on your left at PGQ3+CRX, Chakkrawat, Samphanthawong, Bangkok 10100.
