From Rayong Beach, head east towards the nearest main road. Look for signs directing you towards Phe. Walk along this road for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the junction with Sukhumvit Road (Route 3).

Songthaew (Shared Taxi)
At the junction with Sukhumvit Road, find a songthaew heading towards Phe. These are typically blue or red pick-up trucks with benches in the back. The fare is usually around 20-30 THB. Inform the driver that you want to go to Khao Laem Ya Viewpoint or 'Sangthong' (the viewpoint name in Thai). The ride will take about 15-20 minutes.

Once you arrive at the Phe area, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Khao Laem Ya Viewpoint. From there, you may have to walk about 10-15 minutes following the signs towards the viewpoint. The path is well-marked and will lead you through some scenic areas.
