To reach Blue Lagoon (Emerald Lake) by car, rent a vehicle from one of the many car rental services available in Koh Samui. Starting from Chaweng Beach, head northwest on Route 4169. Continue straight for about 15 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 4170. Turn left onto Route 4170 and drive for approximately 5 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs to Ang Thong National Marine Park as you approach the destination. As you get closer, you will see signs to the Blue Lagoon. Parking is available near the entrance.

For those opting for public transportation, take a Songthaew (shared taxi) from your location in Koh Samui to the main pier at Nathon. From Nathon, you can catch a Songthaew heading towards Ang Thong National Marine Park. The fare should cost around 50-100 THB depending on your pick-up location. Inform the driver that you want to go to Blue Lagoon. Once you arrive at the park entrance, be prepared for a short walk to the lagoon area, which is about 1 kilometer away.
