If you're driving from Chaweng Beach, head northwest on Route 4169. Continue for about 6 km until you reach the intersection with Route 4171. Turn right onto Route 4171 and drive for approximately 2 km. You will see the signs for Wat Ratchathammaram (Red Temple) on your right. There is parking available near the temple entrance.
Public Transportation
To get to Wat Ratchathammaram using public transport, you can take a local songthaew (shared taxi) from Chaweng Beach. Look for a songthaew heading towards Bophut. The fare is usually around 50-100 THB per person. Once you reach Bophut, ask the driver to drop you off at the temple (Wat Ratchathammaram). It's a short walk from the main road to the temple entrance.
Taxi
For a more direct and comfortable option, you can hire a taxi from any location in Samui Archipelago. Inform the driver that you want to go to Wat Ratchathammaram Red Temple. The ride should cost around 300-500 THB depending on your starting point. Ensure that you agree on the fare before starting your journey.
