Car
If you are driving from anywhere in Baboon Island, first head west towards the main road leading out of the island. Follow the signs directing you to Serrekunda. Once you reach the main road, continue straight for approximately 10 kilometers until you see a sign for Bijilo National Park on your right. Turn right onto the access road, and follow it until you arrive at the park entrance. Note that there may be a small entrance fee to access the park, which is usually around 50 Dalasi.

Public Transportation
To reach Bijilo National Park using public transportation, locate a nearby 'bush taxi' or shared minibus that is heading towards Serrekunda. These can typically be found at designated stops within Baboon Island. Once aboard, inform the driver that you are going to Bijilo National Park. The fare is generally inexpensive, around 20-30 Dalasi. The driver will drop you off at the main road near the park entrance. From there, it is a short walk (approximately 1 kilometer) to the park entrance. Be prepared to pay a small entrance fee, usually around 50 Dalasi.

If you prefer a more adventurous route, renting a bicycle can be a great way to reach Bijilo National Park. Start from Baboon Island and cycle west towards the main road. Once you reach the main road, continue cycling towards Serrekunda. After approximately 10 kilometers, you will see the sign for Bijilo National Park on your right. Turn right and follow the access road to the park entrance. Remember to wear a helmet and stay hydrated. There may be a small entrance fee of around 50 Dalasi once you reach the park.
