From the center of Banjul, head towards the ferry terminal and cross the river. Once on the other side in Barra, follow the signs to Serrekunda. Continue on the main road until you reach the junction leading to Bijilo National Park. It's about a 30-40 minute walk from the ferry terminal to the park entrance.

Rent a bicycle in Banjul. Start from the city center and cycle to the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Barra. Once you disembark, follow the road signs to Serrekunda, which is approximately 8 km away. Turn at the junction that leads to Bijilo National Park, and continue cycling until you reach the entrance.

From Banjul, take a local 'Gele-Gele' (shared taxi) to Serrekunda. Ask the driver to drop you off near the junction for Bijilo National Park. From there, you can either walk the remaining distance or take another local taxi to the park entrance.
