Car
From Kanifing, head west on Kairaba Avenue towards the ferry terminal. Continue on this road until you reach the junction with Old Cape Road. Turn left onto Old Cape Road, and continue for approximately 2 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Tanbi Wetland National Park. The entrance is located at F8FQ+W56, Old Cape Rd, Bakau. Parking is available near the park entrance. Note that there may be a small entrance fee to access the park.

Public Transportation
To reach Tanbi Wetland National Park via public transportation, take a local 'bush taxi' or minibus from Kanifing to Bakau. Look for a bus heading towards Bakau or the 'Bakau' sign. The fare is typically around 20-30 Dalasi (GMD) per person. Once you arrive in Bakau, ask the driver to drop you off near Old Cape Road. From there, you can either walk about 15 minutes towards the park entrance at F8FQ+W56, or negotiate with a local taxi for a short ride to the entrance. Be aware that there may be a small entrance fee to access the park.
