The park is located at C7H9+CCX, Serrekunda, which should be entered into your GPS. There is no specific toll on this route, but be prepared for potential fuel costs.

To reach Bijilo National Park via public transportation, you can take a bush taxi or a local minibus from Kiang East National Park to Banjul or Serrekunda. Look for a bush taxi at the main taxi stand in Kiang East. The fare should be around 50-100 Gambian Dalasi, depending on your negotiating skills. Once you reach Serrekunda, you can either walk to Bijilo National Park (approximately 15-20 minutes) or take a short taxi ride if you prefer to avoid walking. Ensure you confirm the fare with the taxi driver before starting your journey.

If you have access to a car but wish to avoid driving into the busy streets of Serrekunda, you could drive to a point near the entrance of Bijilo National Park and park there.
