From any location in Kombo East, head towards the main Banjul to Serrekunda highway (A1). Drive towards Serrekunda for approximately 15 km, keeping an eye out for the signs to Bafuloto. Once you reach the sign for Bafuloto, turn left and follow the road. Continue straight until you see the entrance to Makasutu on your right. Make sure to have some local currency (Dahlasi) on hand for entry fees, which can vary.

Find a local taxi or shared minibus (Gele-Gele) in Kombo East heading towards Serrekunda. Inform the driver that you want to go to Bafuloto. The fare should be around 20-30 Dalasi. Once you arrive at Bafuloto, you may need to walk a short distance to reach the entrance of Makasutu. Be prepared to negotiate the fare beforehand to avoid misunderstandings.
