From the center of Serrekunda, head towards the main road (Kairaba Avenue). Walk west along Kairaba Avenue until you reach the junction with the Senegambia Strip. Turn left onto the Senegambia Strip and continue walking straight. After about 10-15 minutes, look for signs to the beach area. Poco Loco Beachbar is located near the beach, so keep walking until you see the beach access points. The beachbar should be visible along the coastline.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Serrekunda and ride towards Kairaba Avenue. Follow Kairaba Avenue west until you reach the intersection with the Senegambia Strip. Turn left and ride down the Senegambia Strip. Continue straight until you reach the beach area. You can park your bicycle near the entrance to Poco Loco Beachbar, which is located along the beachfront.

Find a local taxi or 'Banjul Car' from any main point in Serrekunda. Ask the driver to take you to Senegambia. Once you arrive at Senegambia, you can either walk towards the beach or ask the driver to drop you off near the beach access points. Poco Loco Beachbar is located directly on the beach, so it should be easy to spot from there.
