Take the exit towards the Banjul International Airport, then continue on the A1 for approximately 5 km. After passing the airport, look for the signs pointing towards Bafuloto. Continue straight until you reach the area of Bafuloto, where you will find your destination at the coordinates 13.310556, -16.616111. Parking is usually available near the entrance.

    Public Transportation (Bush Taxi)

    To reach Makasutu using public transportation, take a bush taxi from Serrekunda. Head to the main bush taxi station in Serrekunda and look for a taxi heading towards Bafuloto. The fare is typically around 20-30 dalasi. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Bafuloto, you may need to walk a short distance (about 1 km) to reach the entrance of Makasutu, following local signs or asking locals for directions.

    Bicycle

    For the more adventurous, consider renting a bicycle in Serrekunda. Follow the same route as you would by car, taking the Banjul-Serrekunda Highway (A1) towards Bafuloto. This journey is approximately 15 km, and will take around 1-2 hours depending on your cycling pace. Make sure to wear a helmet and stay hydrated. Upon reaching Bafuloto, you'll find your destination at 896M+6HC.
