Car
If you are driving from Banjul, take the A1 highway heading east. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the N1 road. Turn left onto N1 and follow the signs towards Serrekunda. After approximately 5 km, you will see a sign for Bijilo National Park on your right. Turn right onto C7H9+CCX and follow the road until you reach the park entrance. Parking is available on-site.

Public Transportation (Taxi)
To reach Bijilo National Park via taxi, you can hire a taxi from anywhere in the Western Region. Make sure to tell the driver you want to go to Bijilo National Park in Serrekunda. The fare may vary but expect to pay around 200-300 dalasi depending on your starting point. The driver will take you directly to the park entrance.

Public Transportation (Gambia Transport Service Company - GRTC)
You can take a bus from Banjul to Serrekunda. Board a GRTC bus at the bus station in Banjul and ask the conductor to drop you at the nearest stop to Bijilo National Park. The bus fare will be around 20 dalasi. Once you get off, you can either walk about 15 minutes to the park entrance or hire a local taxi for about 100 dalasi to take you the rest of the way.
