Getting There

  • Walking

    From the main square in Gleno, head east towards the main road. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the T-junction. At the T-junction, turn left and walk for another 300 meters. You will see a sign pointing towards the Church of Saint Anthony of Motael. Follow this road for approximately 1 kilometer, passing a few local shops and small eateries on your left. After 1 kilometer, you will see the church on your right, with its distinctive architecture and surrounding greenery.

    If you are at the local market in Gleno, exit the market and head south towards the main street. Turn right onto the main street, and walk for about 700 meters. Keep an eye out for the bus station on your left. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit and follow the road straight for another 800 meters. The Church of Saint Anthony of Motael will be on your left, just off the main road.

    From the Gleno bus station, exit the station and head towards the main road. Once you reach the main road, turn right and walk straight for approximately 600 meters. You will pass a couple of cafes and a small park on your left. At the next intersection, turn left and continue for about 400 meters. The church will be on your right-hand side, identifiable by its large cross and welcoming entrance.
