If you have a rental car, start your journey from the main road in Hunga. Head south towards the intersection near the Hunga Lagoon. Continue straight until you reach Unnamed Road. Follow this road for approximately 6 kilometers. Tsunami Rock is located at the coordinates VM84+458, which will be on your left side as you approach the area. There is no entry fee, and parking is available nearby.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, catch a local bus heading towards Kala'au. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop closest to Unnamed Road. Once you disembark, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer along Unnamed Road to reach Tsunami Rock. If you are already in the vicinity of Tsunami Rock, you can walk there. From any location in Hunga, head towards the main road and follow it south until you find Unnamed Road. Once you reach Unnamed Road, walk along it for about 1 kilometer until you see Tsunami Rock on your left. The walk is quite scenic, so enjoy the views along the way!
