If you are starting from the center of Nuku'alofa, head southeast on Hala Tu'i towards the main road, Hala Siasi. After about a 10-minute walk, you will reach the junction with Salote Rd. Turn left onto Salote Rd. Continue walking for about 500 meters. Friends Cafe will be on your right-hand side, just before you reach the corner with Hala Vuna.

Look for a local bus or taxi that goes toward Salote Rd. Most buses will have signs indicating their routes. Ask the driver to drop you off near Salote Rd. After getting off, walk along Salote Rd for about 100 meters, and Friends Cafe will be on your left-hand side.
