From Argyle Waterfall, head south on the main road (Crown Point Road) towards Scarborough. Continue on this road for approximately 15 minutes, passing through the village of Bethel. Follow the signs for Scarborough, and once you reach the town, turn left onto the road that leads to Arnos Vale Bay. The bay is located near the coordinates 66HM+2MP, just a few minutes from the main road.

To reach Arnos Vale Bay from Argyle Waterfall using public transportation, you can take a minibus or taxi heading towards Scarborough. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop and inform the driver that you are going to Arnos Vale Bay. The fare is usually around TT$5 to TT$10. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Scarborough, you may need to walk or take a short taxi ride to the bay, which is about 1.5 kilometers from the main minibus stop.
