Public Bus
From Arima, head to the Arima Bus Terminal located on Queen Street. Look for a bus heading to Port of Spain. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride which should take about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. You will want to disembark at the 'City Gate' bus terminal in Port of Spain. After arriving, exit the terminal and walk towards the main road (the Brian Lara Promenade).

Walking
From City Gate, walk towards the east on Edward Street until you reach the intersection with St. Vincent Street. Turn left onto St. Vincent Street and continue walking straight. After a few blocks, turn right onto Zoo Road. Follow Zoo Road for approximately 10-15 minutes, and you will reach the entrance of Emperor Valley Zoo on your left. Look for the signs along the way to guide you.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from the Arima area. Head to the nearest taxi stand or flag down a taxi. Inform the driver that you want to go to Emperor Valley Zoo in Port of Spain. The ride should take around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Ensure you have the address, Zoo Road, Port of Spain, ready to show the driver if needed.
