Car
From Aripo Caves, head south on the Aripo Road towards the Eastern Main Road (approximately 15 minutes). Once you reach the Eastern Main Road, turn left and continue driving south until you reach the town of Sangre Grande. In Sangre Grande, look for the signs pointing to the fishing village of Toco. Follow the Toco Main Road for about 20 minutes until you reach the Toco harbor. Here, you will need to park your car and arrange for a boat taxi to take you to Down D Islands.

Public Transportation
From Aripo Caves, walk to the nearest bus stop on the Aripo Road. Take a bus heading towards Sangre Grande. Once you arrive in Sangre Grande, transfer to a bus going to Toco (make sure to confirm with the driver that the bus will stop at Toco). After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach the Toco harbor. From here, hire a boat taxi to take you to Down D Islands. Be prepared to pay around TT$200-$300 for the boat ride, depending on the number of passengers.
