If you are driving from Edith Falls, head southwest on the main road until you reach the intersection. Turn left onto the highway towards Port of Spain. Continue for approximately 30 km until you see signs for Point Gourde. Follow the signs and take the exit onto Point Gourde Road. After about 2 km, you will arrive at the parking area near the cave entrance. Note that parking may incur a small fee, typically around TT$10.

To reach Point Gourde Cave via public transportation, take a local bus from Edith Falls to Port of Spain. Buses frequently run along this route, and the fare is approximately TT$5. Once you arrive in Port of Spain, transfer to a minibus heading towards Point Gourde. They usually depart from the central bus terminal. The minibus fare is around TT$7. After disembarking, you may need to walk approximately 15 minutes to reach the cave entrance, following the signs towards Point Gourde.
