If you are driving from Buccoo Reef, start by heading northwest on the Buccoo Main Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Scarborough Main Road. Turn right onto Scarborough Main Road and follow the road for approximately 4 kilometers. Look for signs directing you towards Scarborough. Once in Scarborough, take a left onto Gardenside Street. The Scarborough Botanical Garden will be on your left. Parking may be available nearby, so look for designated parking areas.

To reach Scarborough Botanical Garden using public transportation, first head to the nearest bus stop in Buccoo Reef. Look for a minibus or taxi that is heading towards Scarborough. The fare is usually around 5-10 TTD depending on the exact location and operator. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Scarborough, and they will drop you off at the main bus terminal in Scarborough. From the bus terminal, walk towards Gardenside Street, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. The garden will be on your left once you reach Gardenside Street.
