Car
From Caroni, head east on the Southern Main Road (Route 2). Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway. Take the second exit onto the highway and continue north. Follow the signs for the North Coast Road. After approximately 30 minutes, keep left to stay on North Coast Road, which will eventually lead you to Matelot. Continue until you reach the address RVCF+W9, Matelot. Look for signs indicating the Matelot Fishing Center as you approach the area. Parking may be available nearby.

Public Transportation
From Caroni, take a taxi or a bus to Port of Spain. Once in Port of Spain, head to the bus terminal and look for a bus heading to Blanchisseuse. The bus ride will take about 1 hour. Upon arriving in Blanchisseuse, you will need to take a local taxi to Matelot. Inform the driver that you would like to go to RVCF+W9, Matelot or the Matelot Fishing Center. The taxi ride from Blanchisseuse to Matelot will take approximately 25-30 minutes. Be prepared to pay for the bus fare (around TT$10-15) and the taxi fare, which may range from TT$50-100 depending on the driver.
