From Mayaro, head west on the Mayaro Main Road (also known as the Southern Main Road) towards the town of Rio Claro. After approximately 15 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Take the left turn towards the Nariva Swamp area. Follow the signs for Nariva and continue on this road for about 10 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Nariva Swamp. Be aware that there may be fees for parking or access, so have some cash on hand.

If you prefer public transport, take a taxi from Mayaro to the nearest town, Rio Claro. The taxi ride should cost around $15-$20 TTD.
