From Pitch Lake, head north on the Southern Main Road (Route 28) towards San Fernando. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers. Once you reach the San Fernando roundabout, take the second exit onto the Tarouba Link Road. After 2 kilometers, turn left onto the Avocat Main Road. Continue for about 5 kilometers until you reach the coordinates 5FVG+WQ8, Avocat. The St. John's Recreation Ground will be on your left.

From Pitch Lake, walk to the nearest bus stop on the Southern Main Road. Look for a bus heading towards San Fernando. The fare is approximately TT$5. Once in San Fernando, transfer to a bus heading to Avocat. Ensure to inform the driver of your destination and pay an additional TT$5 for this leg of the journey. After about 30 minutes, disembark at the stop closest to the coordinates 5FVG+WQ8, Avocat. St. John's Recreation Ground will be nearby.
