Walking
From the city center of Port of Spain, head east on Frederick Street towards the Queen's Park Savannah. Once you reach the Savannah, continue walking along the perimeter of the park until you get to the intersection with St. Ann's Road. Turn right onto St. Ann's Road. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach Lady Chancellor Road. From there, you can follow the signs leading up to Breezy Hill Second Flag, which is located at MFWV+RG3, Lady Chancellor. This area is known for its hiking trails, so be prepared for a bit of a climb. The views from the top are spectacular, providing a breathtaking panorama of Port of Spain and Maraval.

Start at the Port of Spain Bus Terminal and take a bus heading towards St. Ann's. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Lady Chancellor Road. After about a 15-minute ride, ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Lady Chancellor Road. Once you get off the bus, you will need to walk up Lady Chancellor Road. Follow the road until you see signs for Breezy Hill Second Flag. The location is situated a little further up and will involve some walking uphill. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as the path can be steep.
