    If you are in the heart of Port of Spain, start at the Central Market located on the corner of Henry Street and St. Vincent Street. Head east on St. Vincent Street towards the intersection with Frederick Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Dundonald Street. Turn left onto Dundonald Street. Walk straight for about 5 minutes, and you will find the Knowsley Building on your left side, a notable historical landmark.

    From the Central Market, you can take a 'maxi taxi' (shared taxi) heading towards San Fernando. Board the maxi taxi that indicates it will stop at the bus terminal on Park Street.
