Take the second exit onto the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway. Drive for about 10 km, then take the exit toward Port of Spain. Follow the signs leading into the downtown area. Continue onto Charlotte Street and you will arrive at St Ann's Church of Scotland, located at the intersection of Charlotte and Oxford Streets. There is limited street parking available, so be prepared to find parking nearby.

For those using public transportation, you can take a maxi taxi from St. Mary to Port of Spain. Head to the main maxi taxi stand in St. Mary, and board a maxi taxi heading to Port of Spain (route 1). The fare is approximately TT$10 to TT$15. Once you arrive in Port of Spain, get off at the stop closest to Charlotte Street.
