If you're driving from central San Juan, head southeast on the Main Road. Continue on this road for approximately 1.5 kilometers. When you reach the intersection with Cantaro Road, turn left. Continue on Cantaro Road until you see the Brian Lara Recreational Grounds on your right. There is ample parking available at the grounds. Be aware that parking may incur a small fee depending on the event.

Public Transportation
To reach Brian Lara Recreational Grounds using public transportation, you can take a taxi or a maxi-taxi from San Juan. Look for a maxi-taxi heading towards Arima and tell the driver you want to get off at Cantaro. The fare is usually around TT$5-10. Once you get off, walk approximately 500 meters down Cantaro Road until you see the Recreational Grounds on your left. Ensure to ask the driver to drop you as close to the location as possible.
