If you are driving from San Juan-Laventille, head west on the Eastern Main Road (EMR) towards Port of Spain. Continue along the EMR until you reach the roundabout at the exit for the Diego Martin Highway. Take the exit onto the Diego Martin Highway and continue to follow the signs for Macqueripe Bay. Once you reach Macqueripe Bay Trail, look for the ZIP-ITT Adventure Tours entrance. It is advisable to use a GPS for real-time directions.

From San Juan-Laventille, you can take a taxi or maxi taxi heading towards Port of Spain. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Diego Martin Highway.
