From Toco Lighthouse, head southeast on Toco Main Road (route 61) for about 8 km. After passing through the village of Toco, continue straight until you reach the intersection with Orosco Road. Turn left onto Orosco Road and follow the signs for Matura. The Matura Turtle Watching Site is located at MX27+QJM, Orosco Rd, Matura.

From Toco Lighthouse, you will need to take a taxi or a maxi-taxi heading towards Sangre Grande. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Toco Main Road junction. From there, you can catch another taxi or wait for a maxi-taxi heading to Matura. Once you arrive in Matura, you will need to walk or take a local taxi to the Matura Turtle Watching Site located at MX27+QJM, Orosco Rd.
