Car
If you're driving from Tunapuna-Piarco, head east on the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway (Highway 2). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Lopinot Road exit. Take the exit towards Lopinot Road and follow it until you reach the village of Lopinot. Once in Lopinot, look for signs directing you to Lopinot Cave, which is located at MMXH+82X. There is parking available near the entrance of the cave.

Public Transportation
To reach Lopinot Cave using public transportation, take a taxi or a 'maxi taxi' (a shared van) from Tunapuna to Arima, as these are common routes. Once in Arima, you can catch another 'maxi taxi' heading towards Lopinot Village. Inform the driver that you're going to Lopinot Cave. The fare for the journey from Tunapuna to Arima is approximately TT$7, and the fare from Arima to Lopinot will be around TT$5. Upon arriving in Lopinot, look for signs or ask locals for directions to Lopinot Cave, which is located at MMXH+82X.
