    From the Tunapuna Market, head southeast on King Street towards the Eastern Main Road. Once you reach the Eastern Main Road, turn left and walk towards the bus stop. Take a taxi or a maxi taxi heading to Port of Spain. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Royal Botanic Gardens. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once dropped off at Circular Road, walk towards the gardens entrance, which will be a short walk ahead on your right.

    Start at the Tunapuna bus terminal. Look for the bus heading to Port of Spain, which usually has the sign 'Port of Spain' displayed. Board the bus, and enjoy the ride, which will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the terminal in Port of Spain, exit the bus and walk towards Circular Road. The Royal Botanic Gardens will be directly ahead, just a short walk away.

  • Maxi Taxi

    At the Tunapuna Maxi Taxi stand, board a maxi taxi heading to Port of Spain. Confirm with the driver that they will pass by Circular Road or that you can get off near the Royal Botanic Gardens. The journey takes around 30 minutes. Once you disembark, walk towards the gardens' entrance which will be located on your right along Circular Road.
