From the center of Matmata, head southeast on Route 20 towards the town of Medenine. After approximately 10 kilometers, turn right onto Route 9 towards the town of Limaoua. Continue on Route 9 for about 15 kilometers until you reach the area of Limaoua. Look for the coordinates Q4C8+V4 on your GPS, which will lead you to رأس مخلوف. Be prepared for a scenic drive with some beautiful views of the local landscape.

From Matmata, you can take a shared taxi (called a 'louage') to Limaoua. Head to the main taxi stand in Matmata and look for a taxi that is heading in the direction of Medenine. The fare is typically around 5-10 Tunisian Dinars per person. Inform the driver that you need to stop at Limaoua. Once you arrive in Limaoua, ask locals for directions to رأس مخلوف, which is located at Q4C8+V4. It's a short walk from the town center.
