If you are already in Ulus, Ataturk Statue is easily accessible on foot. From the Ulus Metro Station, exit and head southeast on Atatürk Boulevard. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Anafartalar Street. Turn left onto Anafartalar Street and walk for another 200 meters. The statue will be on your right, located in a small square in front of the Ankara Ethnography Museum.

Public Transport - Bus
For those starting further away in Ulus, you can take a bus to reach the area quickly. Look for buses heading towards 'Aşağı Ayrancı' or 'Sıhhiye' and get off at the 'Ulus' stop. From there, it's a short walk. Exit the bus, and walk towards Atatürk Boulevard. Continue southeast on Atatürk Boulevard for about 300 meters, then turn left onto Anafartalar Street. The statue will be 200 meters ahead on your right. Please note that bus fares typically cost around 15 Turkish Lira.
