Follow the signs to Batumi city center, and once you reach Batumi, take the first major right onto Tbel-Abuseridze Street. The Black Sea Arch is located at 18 Tbel-Abuseridze St in Batumi. Parking options are available nearby for a fee of approximately 5 GEL per hour.
