Walking
If you're starting from Göreme Town Center, head east on Avcılar Street towards the road leading out of town. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the main highway (D300). Cross the highway carefully and follow the signs for the hiking trails towards the Open Air Museum. After about 500 meters, take the path leading right into the valley. Continue following the trail for approximately 1 kilometer; you'll see the Al Nazar Church on your left side, nestled in the rocks.

Public Transport (Dolmuş)
From Göreme Town Center, take a dolmuş (shared minibus) heading towards Avcılar. These minibusses frequently depart from the main square. The ride will take about 10 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you at the Avcılar stop. From there, walk about 300 meters towards the church, following the signs. Al Nazar Church will be visible on your right as you approach.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Göreme. Start by heading east on Avcılar Street and follow the same route as walking, which is approximately 2 kilometers. Riding a bike will make the journey quicker, and you can stop to enjoy the stunning views along the way. Once you reach the intersection with the main highway, continue as described previously until you arrive at Al Nazar Church.
