Starting from the center of Göreme, head towards the main street (Aşkıdede Caddesi). Walk along this street until you reach the intersection with the highway (D300). Cross the highway carefully and continue straight ahead on the path that leads towards the hills. You will see a sign for the Göreme Open Air Museum on your right. Follow the path that leads you to the museum.

Once you reach the Göreme Open Air Museum, continue past the museum entrance and keep walking straight. You will eventually see a sign for the start of the hiking trails in the area. Follow the signs towards 'Görkündere Valley' (Rocket Valley). The trail is well-marked and will guide you through beautiful rock formations and scenic views.

Continue on the marked trail for about 1.5 km. You will notice the valley opening up ahead, with the unique rock formations that make Görkündere Valley famous. As you approach, you’ll see the valley entrance on your right, which is where you can fully immerse yourself in the stunning landscape.
